Deep involvement in a digital journey

Background

Falck is a global leader in rescue and emergency services, boasting activity in 44 countries. They needed a new digital strategy that could clarify their goals and lead to a roadmap of relevant projects and activities.

Our contribution

We were responsible for preparing the strategy and undertook deep involvement in the organisation. The conceived roadmap has since been the cornerstone of all digital execution. This has initiated a total migration to a future proof web- and ecommerce platform (Episerver), a new consistent digital design for all touch points, a new service app for road assistance and a content strategy. Also, an innovation strategy was established, leading to the formation of an Innovation Board, which identified several new product and service innovation projects.

Results

The new web platform has seen a large lift in traffic and transactions

The new App has been very well received

The content marketing strategy has lead to a much higher level of engagement with +34.000 followers on Facebook
