Our talented UX team travelled to Malmö last week to attend The Conference, where they were enriched with new knowledge and inspiration. The many talks were both touching and inspiring, triggering deep and important thoughts and discussions. It was a very special atmosphere and we are already looking forward to next year!

Are we, as designers, prepared to redefine our future to prioritize planetary needs over human conveniences? Can design truly create culture, and can culture, in turn, shape our values and determine our future?
Last Thursday, Rasmus Sanko took to the stage at Design Matters 23 to highlight the importance of inclusion and accessibility in digital design. It's a very important topic and something we're passionate about at Charlie Tango. Thank you to everyone who watched, digitally and in person.
We are thrilled to welcome Sidsel Kjøller Damkjær on board as the new Director in the Strategy and Relations team. Sidsel brings with her over 20 years of experience and an impressive background, including roles as founder, partner, CEO and board member in the digital design world.
Folkemødet is a celebration of democracy, and the approximately 2,800 events taking place over three days all reflect the democratic agenda of society. Technology is an essential part of this, and some of the aforementioned events are about the impact of technology on democracy and society as a whole. At Charlie Tango, we love democracy and we love technology. So, of course, we're there, and we've sent Kasper Saunders Bang to listen, meet interesting people and participate in the debates.
