Description

Automation is a fixed point on the agenda of companies and public organizations that are planning an upcoming digital transformation - or are already doing well. As the speed of digitization increases, technologies such as machine learning and AI are increasingly being used as leverage to drive automation. The goal is often to realize cost savings through increased efficiency and, to a lesser extent, to strengthen the digital customer experience. Charlie Tango and Google are therefore inviting to an inspiring morning seminar where we offer our suggestions on how technology can be used to streamline and deliver better-connected customer experiences.

By continually involving cases and drawing on our overall experiences, we raise a number of questions to focus on the opportunities and challenges that increasing automation brings to people, companies and society. We also look at the importance automation has for the user experience as we move from interacting with humans to interacting with robots, as well as what specific technologies you can use to not only save resources but also enhance the user experience. sheep.
